2. Service Scope Our platform serves as a tool for users to create, join, and manage Tanda groups in a decentralized manner. We do not handle, store, or manage users' funds directly. All transactions occur through the XRP Ledger and users’ Xumm wallets.

3. Financial Disclaimer We are not a bank, investment firm, or financial advisor. We do not guarantee the success or fulfillment of any Tanda groups. Users are solely responsible for their financial decisions and any risks associated with participating in a Tanda.

4. User Responsibility

• Users must ensure they understand how Tanda groups work before participating.

• Users are responsible for verifying the credibility of other participants.

• Users must ensure they have sufficient RLUSD funds before committing to a Tanda.

• The platform is not liable for any disputes, failed payments, or financial losses.

5. Transaction Fees A $5 fee is charged for creating a Tanda group. This fee is non-refundable and ensures the operational maintenance of the platform.

6. No Liability We are not responsible for any loss of funds, disputes, or fraudulent activities between users. By using this platform, you acknowledge that all transactions are conducted at your own risk and discretion.

7. Compliance and Prohibited Activities Users must not use the platform for illegal activities, money laundering, or fraudulent schemes. Any misuse may result in suspension or termination of access.

8. Modifications to Terms We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after modifications constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
